Trouble Uploading Video's - Help Please?

Please can someone like write a comment like telling me step-by-step how I can upload video's onto YouTube or any website. I uploaded one once about something else but I forgot.

If you can help it would be highly appriciated since someone scammed me and I have proof, just finding it really hard to upload this video. Thank's if you can comment and can tell.
