Selling 99firemaking skiller

Hi, I am selling a 3 lvl skiller account. It has 99 firemaking and 60+ wc, no other skills. The account has never had any recoveries, nor bank pin.
What i want for it is ugc cards, post your offer on how many you can offer for this account.
