Not trollin, as I'm sure you know jagex can look through an account's chat records the same way they filter curse words when looking through offences. You should remove the pic of you saying those words and post a diff pic saying diff words without actually entering it in runescape, if that makes any sense. It would also be extremely easy for them to ban you since there could only be 10 accounts that said those words. Also I've been saying "those words" to avoid people from jagex reading this.

 

Oh and since this account has already been verified you should block out the entire stat box altogether, think about out of the 10 accounts that are 1 #, how many of them have exactly THOSE levels.
