Call me biased, but it's a good measure to prevent scamming. Not many people have the patience to wait months, let alone days, and make themselves seem legitimate to scam later on.

What am I looking for?

I am looking for:
-50-70 Attack
-85+ Strength,
-1 Defense, NO EXCEPTIONS
-50-99 Ranged
-50-99 Magic
-Skilling stats are a nice plus, but I don't care about them much.
-No recoveries, no registered e-mail, and no offenses, although I will make exceptions on the latter if they're minimal.

I am taking this very seriously.
