This is a used Xbox 360 console with a Lite-On DG-16D2S drive flashed to LT+ 3.0 to play burnt/backup games.
It's updated to the latest beta dashboard and is Xbox Live Ready! (NOT BANNED)
This was my first time ever disassembling an Xbox 360 and I didn't have the proper tools so the rear of the Xbox 360 case shell is in bad shape.
Any future LT firmware updates are free. All you have to pay is the shipping cost.

What are the chances it gets banned eventually for being flashed?

There is no percentage of how easily you can be caught. No one knows how Microsoft detects flashed consoles. There is always a possibility of getting banned with a flashed xbox 360. I personally have never gotten any of my xbox 360's banned. I have another xbox 360 that I flashed in 2010 and I can still play on xbox live.

You should be fine as long as you:

1. Are up to date with the latest firmware
2. Stealth patch your games with ABGX
3. Don't play games online before their release date
4. Don't accept system updates without checking how it affects flashed drives and until you know it's safe
5. Don't brag online to people about your flashed xbox 360
