If I received your money but for some reason I cannot send you the game (Theft, Fire, Holiday, Nuclear Holocaust etc..) You will be refunded, minus applicable fees. All transfer fees will come out of the funds you have sent me.

I live in Canada, so there may be a delay in sending when delivering to other countries.

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) , you can either send me the money in USD, or convert it to CAD (Canadian Dollar) and transfer it to me. I reccomend WWW.XE.COM for this.

There is an ADDITIONAL $3 charge to ALL PURCHASES to cover shipping charges. I cannot be held responsible if you complain because you did not read this.

All games are designated "NTSC" which means it can only be played on NTSC designated consoles. I cannot be held responsible if your console is PAL and the game did not work.
