Wanted - TF2 account

Well, seems that everyone is either selling or trading.
Can't see anyone wanting to buy.

1: I have a verified Paypal account, so payment is not a concern.
2: I understand that Steam games cannot be sold separately and that they are rather sold as account profiles.
3: I can already buy TF2 for my current account for 20 bucks, so I am considering options less than that in a used account, however if the deal includes more than TF2, I may consider paying for more than that amount.
4: I have nothing to trade, so do not mention items which are for trade.
5: Offers without offering prices are not considered. If you do not wish to publicly offer a price, write one in a private message.
6: Sellers who are identified as scammers are not considered unless they are able and willing to defend their good reputation. I do not wish to have opinions on other sellers, unless they are substantiated with proof.
7: If the account is banned from more than 5 servers (either a Hacker or Cheaters account), then the user account is not worth anything to me. Seller agrees that the transaction is terminated and refund is made in full upon a 30 day notice from time of sale of such an account.
8: Any of these terms must be agreed to (or modified if required) between the seller and buyer (Me) prior to sale.
9: Anyone who proceeds with the sale of an account whereby violates the agreement here will be subject to public scrutiny and possibly a Paypal Dispute.

Awaiting account & password details as he gets his hard drive repaired.
I wouldn't reccomend anyone buy from him until he does as I haven't received what I paid for yet.

I have been scammed.
I will not continue with any transaction.
Method3909 claims he provided me a account, but I have not received such an account.
I have made a paypal claim against him where he states that he did provide the account information.
At first he tells me that he has a hard drive failure and to wait a few days to get the account information

Also, WHo is Viper000?

IF HE DID PROVIDE THE ACCOUNT, THERE WOULD BE A TRANSACTION IN A MAIL MESSAGE IN SYTHE - THERE ARE NONE!
How on earth can I prove to Paypal that I did not receive the account, when I never received anything for my $70 payment to this dude?

The Paypal decision will be this for anyone who gets scammed like I did.
Method3909 now bought himself 70$ USD in my time set aside to ensure that other people are aware that they will very likely be victim to fraud as I have been.

Below is the final decision by Paypal, and should be used to make a more informed buying decision through Sythe forums.

Will someone please lock this thread? I am not interested in buying any steam account from Sythe as I don't have a trusted middleman and I already got ripped off already. As well, will the scammers please lay off the MSN messenger? Trading outside of Sythe over MSN cannot be used as evidence in a court of law in the likely event I decide to lay fraud charges on the next guy who tries to rip me off.
