The reasons I can't send first are:
1.) Mother's orders.
2.) The last time I did, I was scammed.

Anyway, orders of less than 100m must be paid via PayPal GIFT to avoid fees.
Orders of 100m or more must be paid through Western Union Money Order.
If you really want to send regular PayPal, an extra charge of 30 cents plus 3% of the total (after adding the 30 cents)
