What happened here?

I was in world 17 on my skiller, just after a fresh install of windows on my laptop (The last one failed spectacularly). When i went to bank This happened:



For a second or two i thought 'What the hell?!' Then i looked at it and i was like wooww Jagex made something that looks slightly better?
Then i realised i must take a screenshot of this awesome and strange feature, and as i did the bank loaded and it looked crap and boring again.

It would actually be pretty good if Jamagax put it into the game, looks better than their boring drab background they have at the moment, and you can see when people are talking to you.

With a bit of touching up EG making the Rs behind the bank a bit less colorful/bright, it could look really good.

weird, but yea i agree, that would be pretty cool if they would make it see-through so you could see when someones talking to you

 

that does look pretty good, and it is ALOT better then the outdated background they have now

Yeah, if Jagex would change it, they should do it like that, or atleast dim out the current one.

Submit that picture to them.
