    I'm experienced in leagues before and maybe I can explain this to some people.

    CAL-M Proof is the proof that you were in the main-level section of a league called CAL. It is easy to check if an account has proof by going to Legit-proof.com, look up the ID on CAL, and look what leagues its been in. If the accounts you are selling is traded in bulk, then its less likely to have proofs on it, because the accounts were made just to get the lower digits.
