1. Refound Policy.
Gametime delivery guarantee is 96 Hours. After this time if you still have not received your product you may ask for a refound.
However while inside this time, no refund will be done under any circumstances.
Note that delivery guarantee is different from estimated time of arrival. Same goes for everything else i sell.

Everything i sell should be added while i spectate or even add it myself over teamviewer.
If you claim that your product is dead while i have not spectated or added it myself, then NO REFOUND will be given.
If i see that the product is dead, then i will provide you with a new one in 1min - 96 hours
