You can't dispute virtual trades over Paypal, especially in regards to things like Neopets/Runescape/any sort of online gaming trade.

 

Yes you can. I'm fighting a dispute right for 1.4 billion runescape gold. I won that case, but somehow he appealed to reopen it. He try disputing that one; now he's claiming that it was an unauthorized transactions and also saying that there was a gold bug of some sort, claiming that it disappeared after he logged out. He bought in two different occasions, 700 mil each to be exact.. so yeah you can dispute it.

 

In addition, because it was not sent as a gift, I actually lost a dispute for 300 mil worth of runescape gold. The guy was very intelligent about how he did it though, so props for him, but still $78 is a big loss nonetheless
