I'm about to give up here......

I was scammed on my first trade, but I decided to trade again and it was successful, then I was scammed again and figured maybe it was bad luck and my next trade would go well... Anyways iitz MaGiiCx posts in my thread and showing off his 300posts and vouches in his profile and I give him my information and think all is well... Then he pastes two codes, one for 1month, one for 1600msp, well guess what? They didn't work!! I guess I will never get on xbox live at this rate if I can't get a damn 1month at least.... Now all I have is two mediocre runescape accounts and my gamertag Reasoned.

 

The "I will go first on any trade as long as you have vouches" makes you an easy target for scammers, as it isn't hard to get vouches on Sythe. Vouches doesn't mean much, actually. It's about the reputation.
I can only advice you to use a trusted middleman, who is someone that both traders give their stuff being traded to. Then he will hand it over to each of the traders successfully. If you really don't want to get scammed almost by any chance, I advice you to only trade with members, who have been on the forum for a long time, and possibly also people with quite a high post count. Not that post count or join date really means anything, but it can help you clarify if he actually has something to loose (his Sythe account+reputation), or if he easily can get away with scamming, if you understand what I mean.

i am really sorry to hear that you have been scammed three times. Just use a middle man. Like Cambo Iz Yummy. Or Djweasel or Feren Silver. they are trustworthy. and hopefully you can stay on sythe. and maybe we can make a trade sometime . and do you still have those rs accounts? i am interested in those.
