Selling vac-banned steam account

the account i am willing to sell is vac(vac stands for valce ainti cheat)banned.
what this means is that this steam account is not able to join vac secured servers. BUT this does not mean that the account is un-usable.There are un-vac secured servers. singleplayer games are not to my knowledge affected by a vac ban.

i will not charge you for the multiplayer games due to the account being vac banned.but for the singleplayer games i ask for $4 each. that comes to $44.
plus when you think about it $4 a game is less than dirt cheap,literally,if you go to the store, soil is around 5 to 6 dollars.
