I was banned on a bogus charge and no one will answer me

Magic Johnson here, on my computer it says "IP Match to Banned Account" and I can't login to sythe and I think just my account was banned. Why did this happen, I haven't broken any rules, done anything wrong or "matched my ip to a banned account". Can you please unban my account and tell me why this happened? It has been a few months and still no answer. I want to know what happened.
