This needs to involve you paying the person, otherwise this is considered as begging and IS against the rules. Not you're not simply "trading junk away for free" you're begging for someone to buy your junk.

 

You're mis-informed on what junk buying is. No one wants to buy junk, the person selling the junk is the one who pays people to buy it for RSGP.

In other words; you're supposed to pay someone Paypal cash to buy your junk, and they give you RSGP for your junk.

 

Lol....you have to PAY people to buy your junk....they don't have to pay you...
