1. you give them your paypal email, and they should know how to send the money if they have the money on their paypal.

2. it will show up in your account and you will get confirmation emails

3. make them send as a gift, or else yes they can take it back

 

Just ask them to send the money to your email id as a gift so that they cant refund. To make sure you got it just refresh the page often, it usually takes about a few seconds and you can see in the recent activity box the amount of money sent to you and get a confirmation email. (Although its off topic, how much are you selling the bsgp for?)

Make sure they send it to you as a gift, and with a note attached usually along the lines of "This payment is for items I have already recieved virtually and I verify that I am the owner of this PayPal account with this following email, and that I will not charge back."
It's possible for them to refund their money, it'll decrease your chances of being refunded alot though, if you do the above.
