It's not even a real word? Not to mention it appears that you've added an S on the end which would make it a semi in the highly off chance that Sugh is a word, oh spell check wants me to fix it btw.

That's 19th century, and either way in this case you'd have the semi og. And the Definition of Sugh is: To sough. So literally the word that you're saying is oG would be Sough, but with the way people used to talk and = an' Sough = Sugh. This is not an oG.
