Low risk bank transfer. Do it at lumby GE, risk levels of 3 levels difference maxed, and like at least 5 guards patrolling GE. And furthermore, it takes like a few hours to train the alt to get decent defence stats and HP stats so you don't get one hit or two hit by an addy 2h or something. Or you can just stay level 3. No level 6 can one hit a level 3.
