I have a 1 year Xbox live gold account for sale, i would preferably like a rapidshare premium account or something similar.

If you have a credit card on the account, you can recover it back. If he bought ms points or xbl with it (since it is saved on the account and he can buy anything with it just a button away), then theres a chance of him gong to prison...
