Fastest smithing/agility exp?

Hey I am currently getting the req's for temple at sennistien and Atm my smithing level is 48 and my agility is 37 what would be the fastest methods to get my smithing to 65 and my agility to 661 and how long would it take?

 

super heating is the best smifing exp/hr in the game.


edit: using gold ore + goldsmith gauntlets that is

 

Idk the time needed for the smithing part, but i hear gold ore into bars is really fast but i think you take a loss.
And ive never done agility so i have no idea.

 

Agli is barb assault atm, smithing is platebodys they are the quickest but cost alot

otherwise just superheat them

 

Smithing platebodys with sacred clay hammers is really fast xp.

Also just google "rswiki agility" and you should come up with some good places to train.

 

Agility is my most hatred skill, stay at barb til you get to your goal.

 

Wildy course used to be pretty viable since revenants weren't really a huge thread. Don't know if that's changed now though.

 

It should be safer now that there are no revs around, and people rarely go deep in wild to pk.

I really don't think wildy course is available at that level, but if it is, it's the best way to train agility at 48.

 

butterflys is fastest agilty and gets hunt xp

 

He wanted to get 61 agility so it would still work out.

 

Smithing with Goldsmith Gaunlets and Superheat Item is a great way to smith, I did it myself for 70 smithing and it's reasonably fast.

Can't really help you with agility, just do the courses you can I suppose, Wilderness Agil course is ok, you get like 570 exp per ea cycle. Risk of being killed though.

 

barb course til 50 wildy course til 60 then ape atol from 60-80

 

Nowhere close...THat's probably one of the most cost effecient vs xp/hr methods out there.
