I think everyone here can understand why I refused to trade him. I found that he is an user with TWC after he paid and post on my thread. He threatened me to deliver gold or he would dispute on paypal. I have refuned him through paypal dispute he opened. But he kept asking me for gold after I refund.
He said he is in Canada , but he paid by an UNverified Japanese paypal account. My rule is only accept verified paypal payment.
