[Buying] 99 Minning

I would like to buy an account with 99 mining. All other skills don't matter to me, nor will I be paying large amounts of extra cash if the account has other 99's (will pay a little more though, not much.) I'm posting this in the 3-59 section, but it can be any level, as long as it's 99 mining. that means that even if it has 10 combat, I'll buy it. so, not only buying skiller accounts. Please post a picture of the accounts stats/ login screen, and a asking price.

Requirements:
99 Mining (of course)
no recoveries
no email registered
no bank pin (will take account with pin, but you must be willing to include the pin in the deal.)
