Selling a skiller character

This character has combat level 87 with 3 level 99 skill stats. Membership has around 28 days left on the account.

The reason for selling this is because I've become bored with it and recently brought a new account which I'm going to use.

The character has no recovery questions set, but a bank pin is on the account.

The character doesn't have any items in the bank and won't be sold with anything.

I'm looking for paypal cash or runescape items.
