Can't logged in, but not logged in?

Hello,
Sorry if this is not the right section >_< I have a problem where NO one is logged on my account and it says that my account is already logged in. Tried restarting runescape, tried different world, other accounts which work fine.



Any suggestions would be great! :love:

 

It's because of the high volume of people, the servers aren't able to send logout packets to the login server, so it appears as though you're still logged in to the game. Just keep trying to log in, it will work eventually. Alternatively, try a less populated world and area and change your graphics to safe mode until you're logged in. Personally, high-risk pvp worlds work well for me as nobody is really there. Good luck getting that exp!

 

This happened for me as well, I just kept trying to log into different worlds until I finally got into one

 

i'm experiencing this problem to :/

 

It understand that there are a lot of people and my internet where I am isn't too good but if I change account and log on to a f2p world it's fine :S

I tried one of these and had no luck


EDIT: Finally got on took ages though :'(

ANSWERED!

 

For some people it's taking up to an hour, I'm getting it as well after I'm force logged out. Just keep trying and keep changing worlds. Try w137 specifically, it let me on straight away. Take in to account what I said about the logout packets as well, they're unique to each account so it may well be just one of your accounts are affected.
