    Well, if you have a bank pin, Just in case If I did scam, I couldn't access the bank account. So it ensures the buyers safety a little more, Because I'm applying them. Hg

    He obviously doesn't mean that you give him your bank pin, its as he said so that does not have access to your items when you give him your username/password
