paying for help to get my old steam account back.

account name was a email address and i own that email address to prove that its my account so im not getting called "scammer". account was hijacked and steam wont return seeing i dont have original key. heard you can brute force it or someother program like that to get it, so if anyone can get it back for money let me know.
