Never talked to her in person before, what the?

Out of the curiosity, is it strange that I talk to this girl quite a bit on facebook like we send lengthy messages to each other; but haven't yet spoken to her at school in person as face to face talk on via facebook?

If I did try to talk to her in person, it wouldnt be awkward hey and stuff
has anyone be in my situation before?

 

well i really havent been in exactly ur situation. I met a friend on rs and add him on facebook. He lived in florida and i live in new york. We actually met up and it was a bit weird but it was pretty cool. It was a bit awkward at first but it turned out good. If i were u id def give it a shot whats the worst that can happen u go back to talking on facebook.

 

I had this girl who messaged me on Facebook, she was a junior she said she loved me the first night we talked and she's obsessed with me and always calls me out on Twitter. Get the fuck out.

 

Yeah I've had this situation before. Just try to talk about what you talk on Facebook. You'll get used to it.

 

This situation seems to be increasingly common these days. I've got like 700 friends on facebook, yet half of them are just kids that I meet once a party, or somebody who I know by name & face from school, yet have never really spoken to outside of the internet. Its odd, but with social networking these days its becomming increasingly common.

In your case though, since you and this girl seem to be exchanging lots of messages and you are enjoying talking to her, why don't you invite her out to coffee or for lunch or something next time you guys are talking online? I'm sure she will say yes, and then you have the chance to get to know her a bit in person. Face to face conversation is much more stimulating than a Facebook chat, and although it might make you nervous at first, I think everything will be ok You guys obviously wouldn't have so much chemistry online if there weren't thing to talk about. Just play it cool and I'm sure you won't regret taking your relationship with her to the next level!

 

Yeh bro, we have this thing called schoolies, ( a party after school when is officially over. ) she was more then happy to chill with me at schoolies. not during school because were pretty much close to finishing year 12 but tho she's a shy/intelligent/pretty/sporty girl

 

Approach her at school and slowly get connected.

In other words, everyday let out a Hey, Hi or Hello then one day start a conversation.

My favorite too. And there's one just in my school, she caught my eye immediately, we had our first date last night, I pretty much fucked up. Help me. >_< She's just so different from other girls and I don't know how to treat this species.

She's smart, funny, pretty, a bit shy, not really that shy, she's quite open, (that's why she's got lots of her friends) and basically wow. The perfect all around girl in my eyes.

 

Haha, Pretty sure it's everyone's type of girl.

It's been a week now, should I say hey to her on facebook again, or should I wait for her to say hey to me.
