I am not sure where to post this, so I apologize if this is in the wrong spot! please move if so.

Earlier this evening I purchased 40m worth of gold on their website, I paid via ethereum. I Sent two payments to them via the address they provided ( I had to send two since I accidentally sent 0.20 cents less than I was supposed too, so I sent extra). According to all websites I used to check the transaction it says they received my money.
But here's where the issue is, they keep telling me they haven't gotten my money and when I send them the transaction they pretty much ignore it and keep repeating themselves. When I asked to speak to their boss all they tell me is that he is in a meeting (for 4 hours).

In short Aribagold is refusing to give me the gold I paid for and have proof that I had paid for and they are refusing to also give me a refund.

I have screenshots to provide proof of all this and the chat transcript that I can post if anyone doesn't believe me.

Im hoping that someone that can help me might see this, or that if someone is thinking of buying from them DONT, THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I will of course update this if this is resolved.
