For staking? Pking? A little more information would be nice...

edit: neither of them are good, strength isn't good without attack, and attack isn't good without at least some strength.

...ONE STRENGTH? LAWL. That takes too long...well...in my experience.
I would go for the first one, it's more effective I think.

 

both are ok ones pure and ones a tank, tank makes more moneys so tahts why i would choose him

btw if i get 70 atk 1 str 70 def i would be using full torags or dharoks with whip and a shield. or i could use full barrows and use obby rings to range.

uhm better coumbo would be about 40-50 str 70 att and 70 def. that could be a good boxer as well with torags or even veracs

no you wouldnt need 70 str for veracs weap, and the first 1 is good for pking since you can use an obby maul, both are even for staking (range stakes since melee would be practically suicide)

 

i think i would take the one with 70 str

 

then i would just get his attack up to 40 or 60 and i the end have a good str lvl
