last chance appeal-how to?

i got a last chance appeal...
thanks to i already got banned and i had 1 more appealable thing so i said i had ADHD my mom had cancer my dad is a drug addict and i lended alot of millions of gp from tough guyz from school who will kill me and i have no parents to help me.. so they gave me a last chance appeal(W00T)

my question is.. what to write into the last chance appeal? whats the best way to.. well.; any tips?

Dont use it word for word, as people may have already done that. I would also try and make it fit your situation. Good luck!
