I've calculated the exact money you get per hour killing Green Drags.

At 91 range using iron knives,
each trip takes 15 minutes.
Each trip I earn approxmiately 50k. (its like 50xxx something gp)
50 x 4 = 200k / hour.

I use the dragons north of varrock, and after every load I use games necklace to teleport to BH bank, and then I run back east to the dragons.





Typically 91 range with iron knives is pretty much 75 str with a d scim.
So if your strength is above 75 or if you're using a whip, you should be earning more.

Using ancients to tele above drags and to tele to edge makes loads 10 minutes long, tops, and i rake in soo much cash it owns

 

^ Yeah, that used to work pretty well, but now Edge dragons are always crowded with peeps.. so I've decided to go to Varrock drags where there is very few and often no competition.


Well if you can find an uncrowded world you can pretty much double your profit. Paddewa Tele to bank, and tele to the rats and walk south to drags

 

When I used to play, I used to make a ass-ton of money fighting fire elementals in the elemental workshop, mostly because of the runes they drop.
Every once in a while you'll get a dragon spear or a half key too!

Not only are they REALLY easy and quick to kill, but you don't really have to be a high level to fight them and you can still make a decent amount of money from it.



Drops:

* Gold: 12, 42.
* 100%: Ashes
* Weapon: Fire staff, Fire battlestaff, Rune javelin(5), Dragon spear
* Armour: -
* Runes/Arrows: Blood(1), Law(1,2), Chaos(2), Nature(2), Fire(15-50), Death(1)
* Misc: Herbs, Chaos talisman, Uncut gems, Half key, Shield left half(dragon)

 

Yeah..What did they drop..I know a couple of my no-life-smithing friends got horny cuz of noted addy bars..

Anyways nice calculating doosh. (Lol Ima love calling you that.) Are you actually training on them or using for money? (Or a bit of both..?)

 

Money, I now suck after losing my main, it feels wierd to not be wearing a hat..


All my melee stats suck so I just range them.

I'll go try that. Green Drags are a pain with my puny def..

 

Use accumulator..then hide like any normal ranging puss..oh..excuse me..range tank

The money is pretty decent but there are better ways, And this method works allot better now that wildy is gone sadly.

 

Fire Giants, Dust Devils & Green Dragons.

They are the best money making NPC's to kill.
