Sellin level 111 Account No scamming please

I'm trying to sell my older brother account, he gave me all his items but, he left some cash for starting again, he retired because hes going to college, and he told me to to whatever iw anted with his account, my main is level 109, so i dont need this account, plus my skills are quite good.
I promised i wouldn't scam when i registered, so i am not scamming, and i hope you are not to.

OK now about the deal, im planning on selling it cheap because it has no items, when i say cheap i mean this: 10m through f2p bh, or buy 10m through a web page that sell runescape gp and pass it to my main, so that would be around 40 dollars which is very cheap for a lvl 111 account, also when we finish the transaction (HONESTLY) I'll consider on making you member for 1 month for free, so u can make some cash.
