Nice btw its 567,36 U.S. dollars not 800.
and anything above 768 MB RAM is useless unless you decide to game on 3 monitors on max resolution.

for high resolution (I'm using 1920x1200 on my main screen) and high anti-aliasing settings, it will improve performance a lot - especially in MMOs like WoW where there are so many things on the screen. Sure, it doesn't take a lot to run WoW at minimum or even relatively high settings, but on a large resolution with maximum anti-aliasing, it will eat up a lot of memory.

Honestly, unless your running crysis, one of the highest gaming graphics, their no need to spend this much on a graphics card.

If you are using 1 monitor anything over 150-200 is good enough... unless you play some emulating games like X-plane.

 

Giant monitors and high anti-aliasing settings on many games will max out any single card right now. You need TWO of what he has to run crysis at absolutely maximum settings on a gigantic monitor :3

Though I'm cruising just fine with my E8400 (overclocked to precise E8500 speeds) and 9800GTX (I upgraded bitches). 35fps(during clusterfucks)-75fps (with nothing on the screen)in Fallout 3 @ 1280x1024, all graphics settings at ultra with 2xAA.
