Basically,
I'm back to RS (after a year), before i quit i got cleaned...now that it's basically impossible to make a decent sum i'm buying gp.
W.e
I'll buy buying 60-100M worth, by PayPal.
I won't be going first, and i'm assuming we'll be doing the BH method. High Level Crater.

I'll be paying $2.50- i might increase to 3 bucks if i see fit so basically maximum of 300bucks for 100M.

I've had this paypal for upto a year. As you can it is not bank funded or credit card funded...which makes me lowest on the priority for fund recovery.
