    This is BS. You can't mod level on Halo 3. And when modding Gamertags for MW2 you'll need to recover their accounts, and everyone who actually knows how to mod can tell you if you recover the account or sign off, the gamertag mod goes away. And, you don't mod Clan Tags, you take 30 seconds to Hex edit it. And anyone can Special Ops mod using Modio.
