Wrongful banning

Ok so here is the story. I'm kabal and I got temp banned recently. I was suppose to be selling Supplys 45m via paypal. At first we had no mm so he suggested a market mod, I asked for official only. Eventually he agreed to go first. At that point he added me into a conversation with him and the market mod Darkspark, who was apparently buying the mills for him though Supplys made no mention of this in his multiple mill buying threads.
Anyway, I asked that when Dark sends the money to my paypal that he uses the file a claim and cancel method that everyone uses and is highly recommended as standard anti scam and trade procedure here at sythe. He refused to do so saying that he was trusted and such. I still preferred him to since I like to be safe and follow good trading procedure. He refused so I had to refuse as well. He said that I was accusing of scamming without proof and said enjoy the infraction.
I thought nothing of it at this point since I wasn't accusing anyone of anything since no trade had even taken place..
I go on my sythe account, got an infraction followed by a temp ban.
I try to log in and I'm greeted with this mature message and reason for being banned:

Anyway I videoed the entire conversation.
Here it is, it's wmv format about 9 minutes long. If the quality is bad I can upload the original 180mb avi file. Also filefront for some reason only makes it downloadable not watch on the fly. If you would like me to upload to a diff site or do something different please let me know.

You will notice that I never accuse anyone of scamming. At the very least I imply that I could be scammed and no one would believe me since he is a market mod, I did not accuse him of scamming though.

Also I read the rules of sythe and accusing of scamming without proof only receives 1 infraction and you need at least 3 infractions to get temp banned like I did.

So at the very least my punishment can only be an infraction even though this conversation only took place over msn, it's not like a I posted it on these forums to try and bring down some one's reputation by calling them a scammer.

I have done nothing wrong
