   Please unblock it, I dont know how but I am being blocked and Ive talked to Pen and it appears that my IP is being blocked by Sythe's Script?

   No admin (other than sythe) can do anything about this.
   
   The best thing you could do is to PM him, and hope he reads your PM. Other than that, there's nothing else.
