Reporting Mohamed Yousuff Account Scam

For his 260m RS3 Gold. I offered the choice of an MM or he can go first, He decided that we would do 50/50, I said 60/40 that is what we agreed on.
If mods can check my Pm's you can see he confirms the deal.

Anyway, He paid me the first amount of 160m on Rs3 which i confirmed on Skype, I then gave him the username and password and change the email to his, he confirmed he got the account and changed the password.

He then went quite for around 5-10 minutes, and was saying about why is the username different i proceeded to tell him that was the level 137 and the name on the account. He then said why is there 99 summoning, I replied back that the account is 92 summoning in the pictures and that i never stated it was higher. As soon as he said this I thought this was Fishy. He wanted a Refund I said sure but he can't come to terms that i need the email registered back on my account. we have been talking about it for around an hour+ and getting know where. He wants the refund first before he gives the email but I just don't trust him.

I believe his intentions were to scam straight away and thinking i will fall for it and give him the money and let him have the account.

How they scammed: Paid me 60% of the rs3, gave him the account which included an email change, he changed password kept quite for a bit then said there wasn't 99 summoning so wanted a refund.

So at the moment he has my account and i have 160m gp, where as the price should of been 260m so not very happy.

He also tried sending me a fake email change which he just forwarded to me.

I can provide any more screenshots. Seems i've lost my account for 160m not very happy. I thought he was Fishy.

Please ban him.
