Because the way you get them from customer support is deceitful and Sythe sees it as scamming. Due to the fact that the way to get them is tell them your account was hacked and then they give you free codes.

 

That is not how you get them... You get them when you cancel a credit card, the only way they can remove a credit card is to deactivate the whole account and they send the remaining time. Therefor these are actually my credits which i bought and did not get for free. Thanks though.

 

That's funny cause every time I cancelled my credit card they just refunded me the money for the remaining time, but ok bud.

 

Nope, called them like 2 nights ago because i had no membership and they said i was refunded in tokens on my email. Not sure why you care so much.
