You need to get the money for 95 prayer, but it's pretty easy with the stats it has, and it's quested defense so you can do the turmoil quest and keep current defense, and has rune gloves.

You havent done curse of arrav which means all the quests are done for it. . . just because the account has 30 defense does not make it a turmoil pker it cant even afford 180m, neither does it have all the quests done for it, seriously you should revise your title.
