I have roughly a $100 budget and im trying to buy something semi decent, i will be paying via paypal or i will be able to purchase 07/rs3 mills to trade for the account. I have a very open mind when it comes to an account, the only thing i ask is YOU MUST BE TRUSTED.
I only ask this because i know full well that the majority of the community would scam even $5.

 

I'm starting one for melee. What would you pay for this type? 60 Attack, 60+ Strength with "Monkey Madness" and 10m. Just curious.
