knowledge and skill to use, and I though, Why
not 'Build' Accounts for people.

   15 Levels more than average(40) - $.45 Per level
   30 Levels more than average(40), Maximum(70) - $.50 Per level
   
   
3. Step 3: Decide if you want to specialize in an any Non-Combat skill:
   •Example: 40 Woodcutting/Fishing/Cooking 60 Mining(70 is the highest for specialized skills)
   
   Specialized skills(Highest skill to make money):
   5 Levels more than average(40) - $.10 Per level
   10 Levels more than average(40) - $.20 Per level
   15 Levels more than average(40) - $.30 Per level
   30 Levels more than average(40), Maximum(70) - $.40 Per level
   
4. Step 4: Would you like any Major Pre-Quest done? If so, Which ones?
   •Example: Dragon Slayer, To wear Rune Plate bodies.
   
   All quest are $.50 ea, Dragon Slayer is $1.75.
   Special: All quest for $5.95 + Dragon Slayer for $1.00
   
   
5. Step 5: Would you like us to upgrade it with membership after
