The reason why I don't think you should go over 499, is at 500 referrals, your reward is that your name will be put up on a wall of fame at the riot office. I'm pretty sure by then admins will have checked your account to confirm that the referrals are legitimate. I've had 8/10 accounts banned for going over 500 referrals but never under. Going over 500 referrals is also unnecessary as at 350 referrals you already have a 1400 win boost and the majority of the rewards.

I sell an average of 200 referrals per customer. It's not that many.

Unfortunately craigslist does not provide vouchers for my service. I've done this service locally by meeting up in person to be paid. I would bring my laptop to show the work I've done. They would pay me and I would tell them when I will finish.

without proof, you are going to have a very hard time. I'd drop the prices for the first few to get a bigger appeal.

 

Riot will put your name on the wall in their office if you have over 500, but in order for them to do that they will have an actual person scrutinize the referrals, and if they see they're all level 5... There could be some unforeseen consequences.
