*Buying 07 osrs Staking account*

I am looking to buy a staking account for Old school runescape. I am willing to pay via paypal or osrs gold. I will happily barter over the price for any account i tell you to private message me about. Please Pm me for my skype if youd rather talk on that but i cannot do video chat.

The stats for the account im looking for:

70+ attack
80+ strength
40+ defense (if for instance an initiate pure, 20defence please post it here)
No higher then 43 prayer ( lower prayer level the better)
It does not need to have any quests done or have any items.

If you were looking to sell a range boxer the minimum stats would be:
70+ range
50+ defence
It does not need to have any quests done or have any items.

If the account has a high level in a money making skill i.e. Woodcutting, fishing, runecrafting etc.. I would be paying a higher price for the account.
