Spending up to 3.6M on an account.

Okay, I have 3.6M right now, and, I'm non-members. I can't be bothered to buy a pin, since every single person who tried to "sell" me one, attempted to scam. So, I've decided to see if I can trust the account sellers, and buy an account. I will spend all 3.6M on an account IF the account has good stats.
