Here are the circumstances:
I am attempting to quit Runescape and will no longer accept swaps. The only payment I'll accept is PayPal and you MUST send it as a gift. If you send it as anything else, I will not accept the deal. I will only go first to trusted members, (with vouches), and you must post on my thread. Don't attempt to bend my rules once we get into a conversation, because it won't work. (That's why I posted them here before hand.)

Features to the account:
-Made in 2003
-All hard quests are done, (Lunar, Dt, Rfd, Legends, MM, etc.)
-The account is no longer a member.
-The account only contains about a 750K Pc. It has 4 Hand cannons. (A current merchanting item.)
