For use during the XP weekend, I have:

108k jugs of water - used with grapes for fastest cook xp (Have ~5k grapes you can buy as well)
306k empty vials - used with humidify for mage training
185k vials of water - used in herblore
153k feathers - used for fishing or with broad bolts
39k unf. broad bolts - used with feathers for fletch xp while training other skills such as agi or rc

Herbs:
1464 tarromin
1342 harralander
330 cadantine
571 irit
278 kwuarm
649 avantoe

Secondaries:
1k Papaya - used to make recovery specials

Stocks will be increasing until the weekend comes.

All of these items will become valuable during the second Bonus Xp Weekend.
They will all rise substantially during the two weeks prior to the bonus weekend, and some will probably develop a street price.
