need torso'er and str trainer

i need a torso for my new rune pure thing and if u want to do it u MUST be trustable and have atleast 1 vouch for doing a torso or like 200 posts or something...

for the str training part i need 68-70 ROCK CRABS, my hp sucks and need the xp...
