Nameque Evading/Scamming?

Was asked to make this cautionary report on behalf of @Cosmiclb. He posted on the name request section and was PM'd by a month old user, @Nameque.

How they scammed: tried to MITM scam using a fake middleman

Cosmic showed me the conversation he had with him and despite frequently reassuring him that they were to use a middleman of HIS choice, he never provided proof of owning the name. He also claimed that his "friend" had the name via sythe pms, but when asked if his "friend" had a sythe account he denied it, saying that it didn't matter as they were to use a middleman regardless. No scam took place as Cosmic wasn't dumb enough to let it go any further, but it was very obviously going to result in a fake middleman being used in an attempt to scam a new user. Can we check to see if this user is ban evading, his account is a month old and has no history yet he is quite active on here (most likely looking for victims). Despite no scam occurring i believe this user should be TWC'd until he can provide actual proof of owning the name. My guess is he's just another vader.
